She then moved to Nevada for three years, living in the desert by spending many hours tending to a large garden and thrived these years without electricity. During this time made a living working in a casino in Reno. She then moved to Colorado where she spent three years enjoying the beauty of the Rocky Mountains. She moved to Branson Missouri in the fall of 1999. She had owned and operated a construction company from which she had built and remodeled homes in the Tri-Lakes area. She spent many hours content by taking care of her family, by homemaking meals, and creating a warm and loving home. She found much joy in her five grandchildren, which she was so proud and honored to have in her life. She enjoyed reading her Bible, cooking, discussing current events, drinking coffee and eating Hershey's Kisses. She had a natural knack for drawing and coloring a variety of subjects, her favorite being butterflies. Her sense of adventure and love for the outdoors lead her to many destinations throughout the U.S. Though she overcame countless adversities throughout her short life, she considered herself blessed through her children and grandchildren.
Consider it pure joy my brothers and sisters, when you face trials of various kinds. For you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. And let perseverance have its full effect that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. James 1:2-4
